St. Pauls Book Club:
We will be reviewing the book Heaven is for Real by Todd Burpo.  Join us Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at the Hastings Book Store coffee area.

Thrivent Builds/Habitat Work Day:

We will be working outside with framing and other work.  A large crew is needed here and there are jobs for skilled and “unskilled”.  Also needed are people to provide food for the morning snack and lunch.  Sign up sheets are located on a table in the Gathering Area.

Vacation Bible School Registrations are Due!:

If you haven’t registered your child for Vacation Bible School, please do so as soon as possible so that we have an accurate count to begin planning and ordering supplies.  Remember the registration fee is  $6.00 per child or $18.00 per family.  Vacation Bible School is July 11-15 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Volunteers Needed For Vacation Bible School:
As we prepare for Vacation Bible School this summer we are in need of volunteers.  Help is needed to serve as snack coordinator and servers and we would also appreciate both adults and youth (middle school and high school age) to serve as guides and helpers.  This is a great way to serve and have fun at the same time.  Please give prayerful consideration to how you can help.  Contact one of our co-directors, Julie McCoy or Colynne Manning, or Bob Rye to let us know you can help.

WOMEN’S CANOE/KAYAK TRIP:

If you haven’t experienced this adventure you might want to check it out.  Friday, August 19-August 21 at Sunnybrook Camp on the Niobrara River near Valentine.  For more information contact Barb at 381-0192 or Molly at 382-5758
